Think-A-Move, Ltd.
(TAM) has received funding from the following organizations to develop and
commercialize its hands-free speech control and communications technology using
sound captured in the ear canal for the unmanned ground vehicle and wheelchair
markets:

Center for Commercialization of Advanced Technology (CCAT):
"The Center for Commercialization of Advanced Technology (CCAT) Southern
California is a Congressionally supported initiative to fast-track the
transition to market of advanced technologies which address critical national
defense and homeland security needs."
"Our mission is to deliver enabling
technologies from industry, academic, and government laboratories to the
military and other DoD customers through the execution of CCAT’s unique
commercialization processes."

Think-A-Move received a $75,000
contract from the Center For Commercialization of Advanced Technology. Under the
contract, TAM will develop speech command input technology to be integrated with
the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s autonomous and semi-autonomous
robot control technology.

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR):
SPAWAR's intent is to "invent, acquire, develop, deliver and support integrated
& interoperable C4ISR, business IT and space capabilities in the interest of
national defense."

National Institute of Health (NIH):
“NIH is the steward of medical and behavioral research for the Nation. Its
mission is science in pursuit of fundamental knowledge about the nature and
behavior of living systems and the application of that knowledge to extend
healthy life and reduce the burdens of illness and disability.”

In July of 2005, TAM received a Phase
II SBIR Grant from the National Institute of Health (NIH). The funds received
totaled $750,000 over two years.

Ohio Research Commercialization Grant Program (ORCGP):
"Works to improve the commercial viability of research and development projects
in Ohio. This assistance increases the ability of small technology companies to
assess and realize the commercial potential of research projects and to promote
the competitiveness of these companies through the augmentation of federal
research and development funding."

Think-A-Move, Ltd. received a $350,000
contract from the Ohio Research Commercialization Grant Program. The contract
will provide Think-A-Move with funding to further its commercialization efforts
for this exciting technology.

Tank, Automotive, Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC):
"TARDEC develops and integrates the right technology solutions to improve the
effectiveness of the current force and realize the superior capability of the
future force in order to facilitate Army transformation. Its technical staff
leads research in ground vehicle survivability, mobility, intelligent systems,
and maneuver support and sustainment."

Think-A-Move, Ltd., received a Phase
III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Contract from TARDEC totaling

United States Army Commercial Pilot Program (CPP):
"The purpose of the CPP is to accelerate the transition of SBIR-funded
technologies to Phase III, especially into systems being developed, acquired and
maintained for the warfighter."

Think-A-Move, Ltd. received a $600,000
contract from the United States Army Commercialization Pilot Program. Under the
contract, which was received on March 18, 2008, Think-A-Move will develop a
field-deployable system of its hands-free and heads-up system for controlling a
military robot with speech commands. To

in the July 2008 issue of the AUVSI monthly magazine. Publication highlights
included the Ohio Research Commercialization Grant for $350,000 and hands-free
control of a UGV using speech recognition in noisy environments.
