James N. Harris
James N. Harris, President of Think-A-Move, Ltd., has more than 25 years of executive level experience in building profitable, technology-based organizations, driving growth, directly managing complex product development activities, and concluding merger and acquisition events. Mr. Harris has served as CEO/CFO for several companies, spanning the technology, health care insurance, and manufacturing sectors. In 2004-05 Mr. Harris, as COO, helped successfully launch a new medical services company. As the COO/CFO (2000-2004) for Equential Technologies, a mobile enterprise software provider, Mr. Harris drove five-fold revenue increases, obtained venture funding and eventually negotiated the sale of the company to a strategic partner for a three times multiple of revenue. In 1983, Mr. Harris founded Insurance Automation Systems, Inc. and served as its President/CEO until 1996. The company pioneered automated rate quoting for the property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Harris sold Insurance Automation Systems for a multiple of revenue. At the time of sale the company had an active client base of over 6,000 insurance agencies and 50 insurance companies.

Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Physics from Hamilton College. He obtained an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan in 1975, and currently resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

Jonathan Brown
Jonathan Brown is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Think-A-Move, Ltd., and is responsible for developing its worldwide commercial markets. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical device and home healthcare industries, and extensive experience developing multi-year global product development plans. Most recently, Mr. Brown was Vice President of Marketing for Sterile Processing at STERIS Corporation. In that role, he focused on developing business and marketing growth strategies. Previously, Mr. Brown was with Invacare Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer of home healthcare products. While with Invacare, Mr. Brown served as Vice President & Category Manager for IVC Products and as Vice President & General Manager for Invacare Canada. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brown held General Management, Marketing, and Operations management positions with Sunrise Medical and Medline Industries, Inc.

Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He resides in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
